Bryson’s Computer Repair Limited Hardware/Software Warranty
What is covered by this limited warranty?
This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in computer products, including peripheral products. This is an extension of the original manufactures warranty. And will adhere to the terms of the original warranty
What is not covered by this limited warranty?
This limited warranty does not cover:
1) Software, including the operating system, third-party software, or the reloading of software
2) Problems that result from:
a) External causes such as accident, abuse, misuse, or problems with electrical power
b) Servicing not authorized by us
c) Usage that is not in accordance with product instructions
d) Failure to follow the product instructions or failure to perform preventive maintenance
e) Problems caused by using accessories, parts, or components not supplied by us
3) Products with missing or altered service tags or serial numbers
4) Products for which we have not received payment
5) Bryson’s Computer Repair does not guarantee that software will be free from errors, either in isolation or in combination with hardware.
During the warranty period, Bryson’s Computer Repair will, at its option:
1) provide replacement parts necessary to repair the product,
2) replace the product with a comparable product,
3) refund the amount you paid for the product, LESS DEPRECIATION, upon its return.
Bryson’s Computer Repair will provide labor to resolve warranty issues during your warranty period. Repair services are available at your location only if provided as part of the service package you purchased.
Bryson’s Computer Repair will determine how and where repair services are provided and you may be required to deliver your product to our service location
Bryson’s Computer Repair warrants that services provided by it will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. You should back up all files before services are performed.
BRYSON’S COMPUTER REPAIR WILL MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO SAFEGUARD YOUR DATA BUT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OF YOUR DATA.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY BEYOND THE REMEDIES PROVIDED FOR IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY OR FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY
